Deduction of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in 2020 and the corresponding disease prevention and treatment
    Jing Li, Xuemin Shi
    Chinese Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion(Electronic Edition) 2020, 09 (01): 5-7. DOI: 10.3877/cma.j.issn.2095-3240.2020.01.002
    Abstract (39) HTML (0) PDF (1823 KB) (5)

Based on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors, the author analyzed the clinical characteristics of climate in 2020 from several aspects such as five evolutive phases, six climatic factors and eliminating exogenous pathogenic factors, and found that the phase of metal would be excessive in the whole year. In the first half of the year, there would be more fire and in the second half, there would be more dryness. From the combination of evolutive phases and climatic factors, climatic factors should be considered. Firstly, and evolutive phases secondly. From the aspect of climatic factors, for the first factor, we should pay attention to dispelling the cold and clearing the heat at the beginning, dispersing the benefits of Shaoyang; for the second, we should pay attention to the hot in the interior; for the third, we should pay attention to the problem of " two fire superimposition" ; for the fourth, we should pay attention to strengthening the spleen and clearing the dampness; for the fifth, we should pay attention to the prevention of febrile diseases; and for the final we should pay attention to clearing the lung, the liver and the internal heat.During disease prevention and treatment, we should " take salt to soften it, and adjust it to the bitter" .
